Cancellation Policy
POLICIES
⤑ Late Arrivals
• Please text me if you are running late
• 5+ minutes late: service may be shortened or fully rescheduled
• 10+ minutes late: appointment will need to be rescheduled and may incur a fee
⤑ Cancellations / Reschedules
• 24 hours’ notice required
• Less than 24 hours = cancellation fee
• One courtesy reschedule is allowed per appointment
• Repeated last-minute changes may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings
⤑ No-Shows
• Missing an appointment without notice will result in dismissal as a client
• Future bookings will no longer be accepted
