I’m happy you’re here! My name is Kayla. I’ve been a licensed Esthetician since 2015. Waxing is my speciality and I have 10+ years of experience waxing all shapes and sizes. Black Cat Waxing Co. is my studio and that’s where you will find me 🐈⬛ ⤑PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING: For your safety and the best results, certain products and medications may make your skin too sensitive for waxing. ⚠️ You cannot receive waxing services if you are currently using: -Retinol, Retin-A, Renova or other retinoids -Accutane within the last 12 months -Any acne or skin-thinning medications or antibiotics -Recent microdermabrasion, chemical peel or laser -I will still tweeze brow clients in place of waxing for the same pricing as waxing! Cancellation Policy
⤑ ROOM POLICY:
Only one person can enter my suite for their services. This ensures a safe, professional, focused and comfortable atmosphere for your appointment.
Exceptions would be: a minor is being accompanied by a parent or guardian or handicap assistance.
⤑ LATE POLICY:
If you are running behind to your appointment, please text me immediately to let me know. If you’re more than 8 minutes late to your appointment, we will need to reschedule for a different time slot. If this becomes habitual, a non-refundable deposit will be required to book going forward.
⤑ CANCELLATION POLICY:
Things come up! However, I do kindly ask for a 24 hour notice prior cancelling your appointment. Without doing so, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. If this becomes a re-occurrence, a non refundable deposit will be required to book going forward.
⤑ NO-SHOW POLICY:
Sometimes we forget things with how crazy life can be. However, this is my livelihood and time is a mutually respected thing. Any no-show will be charged with the card on file. If this becomes a reoccurrence, I will unfortunately have to dismiss you as my client.
